This new construction villa convinces with modern, yet cozy style.

The living room is generously designed and offers plenty of space. Adjacent is the open designed and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a Nespresso machine.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

All three bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, as well as private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms offer private pool access.

The pool area offers everything your heart desires. From a large pool with jacuzzi, pool loungers, another dining area to a BBQ grill. The salt water pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. Basically it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes.

The first-class location of Villa Melody should also be highlighted. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Directly nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.
 
Besides the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cool box and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
