Directly nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
