This villa is located in a prime boating location just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.

The open living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen offers enough space for up to eight people. The bright and modern furnishings will make you feel welcome right away. From here, the large glass doors lead directly to the beautiful pool area. Here you will find a comfortable lounge corner with TV and a BBQ grill for cozy barbecue evenings. The large pool is electrically heated and operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. Through the landscaped garden you reach your private boat deck with lift and seating area directly on the water. Here you can enjoy your coffee in the morning watching the sunrise as well as dolphins and fish swimming by. Start your explorations by boat through the canals and to the beautiful beaches right from here.

The master bedroom provides a king size bed, TV, direct access to the pool area and private adjoining bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and direct pool access, furthermore the villa offers a third bedroom, a room with sleeping sofa as well as office with desk, chair and sleeping sofa.

In addition to the air conditioning, ceiling fans ensure a better air quality. Naturally, free high-speed WiFi is available in the whole house. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The TV is also equipped with a Apple TV.

Cape Coral Beach and the famous islands Sanibel and Captiva are within easy reach by car or motor boat.

In Cape Coral, our property management team will take care of you. They will be ready to help you with all your problems and questions during your stay. After your arrival, they will show you around in the house. Moreover, we prepared a folder with useful information about your holiday location.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
