Enjoy outside living at the screened and pavered pool and patio area with South / Southwest exposure. The water views are amazing and will invite you to enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the wide intersecting canal. Newly furnished, beachy themed, allergy-friendly tile and wood optic floors throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen for your well-deserved vacation. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two spacious open living rooms with sofas and TV as well as a dining and a kitchen area. Lots of granite counter space, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances make the kitchen a joy to cook in. The dining area offers a table that seats 8. The little breakfast area has a pub height table and 4 chairs. Enjoy movie nights in the family room with comfortable sofas and chairs and large TV. Find a second sun flooded living room area with water views towards the pool deck. Furthermore, the home has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The primary suite offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, sliding doors to the pool, closet and an En-Suite bath with tub and walk in shower and 2 vanity sinks, and toilet.
The second master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, TV and a crib. The third and fourth bedroom offer each a king-size bed. The associated bathroom includes a shower, vanity with sink and toilet and double functions as pool bath.

Open the sliding doors to combine inside and outside living. The sun deck offers plenty of space for the sun loungers and direct water views along the wide Canal.

We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
