The home was wonderful. It was so well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and anything we needed. They're were lots of extra amenities like an extra fridge in the garage, pool toys, and extra coolers that we were able to use. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Garry was so responsive when we had a few questions, but we really didn't need to contact him after our first day. If we're ever in this area we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful month.

The house was located in a great area. Close to many things. The house provided many amenities and we enjoyed a relaxing vacation. We had a bit of trouble with the pool heater but everyone communicated quickly and worked to get things figured out. We would stay again in the future.

The house was amazing. Everything was just as advertised. 20-30 minutes from the beaches. There was tons of stores and restaurants close. The house was super clean. The pool and dock area were great. Garry was a fantastic host!

Holiday Getaway

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Could not have been better. The house was beautiful and very well kept. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool was well heated and we enjoyed it very much. The location is great. Communication with the owner was wonderful! We will most definitely be back!

Pretty house right on a canal

Garry was a great host, quick to respond to any questions we had. This house is fairly central to both north and south beaches along the Gulf coast. The pool with the attached spa was very relaxing and clean. There were plenty of amenities in the home to make us comfortable with cooking meals, showering, etc. The only things I would change are adding an outdoor rinse-off shower, and replacing the twin beds in bedroom #3. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay in a great house! :)

First time in Cape Coral

We chose this property because it had a boat dock with Gulf access. Great property, with nice pool and plenty of space. We enjoyed the barbecue and boat trips. First time in Cape Coral but will return.

Relaxing stay!

The house was a great layout and fit for my family (2 adults and 3 kids (ages 10-16). House was clean and ready with necessities. It was central to lots of hot spots to visit so we had a great time exploring Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva and Cape Coral. The pool and water view were great as well and neighborhood was quiet and family friendly!

No complaints, everything was good👌. Gary was a wonderful host, the home is well appointed with the basics and more you’d need for a comfortable home away from home. The location is perfect, 30 minutes from the airport, and centrally located for easy travel to Fort Myers etc. I’d recommend to anyone looking to book 💯

Great vacation spot!

When we arrived there was a sign in the kitchen window that said, "You are now entering a stress-free zone." That is so true! What a beautiful home and property! The beautiful screened in pool and lanai were perfect and kept the kids entertained all week! We also enjoyed the fresh grown bananas from the huge banana trees in the yard. Delicious! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, affordable and clean!

My husband and I recently visited Florida for our anniversary and stayed here for 8 nights. The house is spacious. It is a little dated, I know that will matter to some but that didn’t bother us. The pool was a great feature, we didn’t even adjust the temperature because the weather was so hot when we were down that the temp felt perfect and was still refreshing. The house is stocked with basic necessities; towels, extra sheets, blankets, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. My sister and niece came by boat and stayed with us for two nights, this was planned last minute and Garry was very easy to talk to, did not mind that they stayed with us and allowed us to park their boat along the sea wall. One day we had bad weather and just hung out and watched movies all day. The house is equipped with multiple smart TV’s and games. Perfect for rainy days. The only down side was that I didn’t fully realize how many tolls we would be paying to cross the brides multiple times daily throughout our stay. Overall I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place. It’s beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Real 'living in Florida' feel

My husband and I stayed here for a week for work-mostly remote but I had some area meetings to attend. We plan to relocate to FL in the next few years so this was a chance to experience what living / working in FL would be like. Based on this stay...we're ready to pack our bags!!!! The house was wonderful, very spacious and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and cozy as were the rest of the furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked for meals and although there was a grill, we never got around to using it. The full size washer/dryer was an added feature that allowed us to get most of our laundry taken care of before we returned home where it would inevitably sit in a pile for another week! Being able to park in the garage was also great and especially appreciated on a rainy day. But, by far the BEST part of the house is the enclosed pool / lanai area. We spent most of our time out here either watching the birds, relaxing in the heated pool, or enjoying our coffee with a picturesque sunrise over the palms. Although the hot tub/ spa got warm, it was never really hot enough to to call it a 'hot tub' but we really enjoyed the pool heater which made it super enjoyable to hang out any time of day/night in the early spring weather. Garry was very helpful and friendly and we will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area. The house is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and close to any place we needed to go in the Cape Coral / Ft. Myers area.
