I can't say enough nice things about this home! It was clean and comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the host was so kind and responsive. We moved here from a terrible rental experience at another home at the last minute and Kathy accommodated us wonderfully. This was a rare "what you see is what you get" rental in the best ways, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great Stay

Overall a great stay, amazing owner who is very responsive! House and lanai area was perfect for us. The only down side for us was the fishing wasn't the best at the dock but that's only a part of the vacation so we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

Back to school family vacay

We booked our stay a week and a half in advance and the host was kind enough to reach out from the start. Self check in was seamless and the home was gorgeous. We are looking to buy in the area and wanted the opportunity to view listings and ensure the kids still had fun while away.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We came down to Cape Coral for my wife’s birthday weekend to enjoy the pool and do some shelling over in Sanibel. This was a perfect home base. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. Kathy was very helpful and prompt if we had any needs during our stay. If you choose to stay here you’ll have a good experience.
