”Beautiful private cottage with such ease of access to beach. The sand was much more pleasant to walk on than the sand directly in town which is about a 5-10 minute walk depending on if you’re distracted looking for sand dollars and shells. The owner Lena was so accommodating to my wild children, my anniversary and daughter’s birthday was celebrated during our stay, and Lena brought a small cake & gift to my daughter on her special day. ”As advertised, this place had everything we needed. From a well stocked kitchen through great location for the beach. We stayed a week after Labor Day and had a calm, relaxing vacation. Loved sitting outside with the marsh right there, with bird watching and excellent sun sets. Jill was easy to reach when needed. We are repeat renters of this property, and we'll be back.”

”We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.”
