”Beyond a 5 star rating! We loved everything about this property and its owners. It was a perfect house for 3 couples. The house is beautifully decorated and the gardens are gorgeous. Everyone loved the patio/firepit area, which was conducive to family gatherings. The information booklet, which I find non-existent in many properties, details everything you want or need to know. Communication with the owners was easy and responses were speedy. Pet friendly! We would absolutely book with these...

”As advertised, this place had everything we needed. From a well stocked kitchen through great location for the beach. We stayed a week after Labor Day and had a calm, relaxing vacation. Loved sitting outside with the marsh right there, with bird watching and excellent sun sets. Jill was easy to reach when needed. We are repeat renters of this property, and we'll be back.”

”The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”
