”Great little 4-bedroom house in a quiet court. Spacious backyard for dog to run around. Woodfire heater, corner spa bath big enough for 2 people and plenty of towels. Little outside area with table tennis. Short stroll to the surf beach. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the hot water system maybe. ”The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained.
