”The ease of arrival was wonderful. Everything was clean and organized in the rental. The access to the fishing pier was wonderful. Also, being able to walk to the beach was perfection. The rental had all the daily needs - coffee maker, linens, dish soap, and pots/pans. We were able to watch the sunrise on the porch. We will definitely be back!”

”This was our 1st visit to The Cape. I would HIGHLY recommend our host. She made everything super easy and communication was fast and excellent. Location was very convenient to the water and dining. ”We just loved this cottage. It was perfect for our relaxed beach vaca. The screened front porch was perfect for watching the sunrise over the bay. We also loved opening the french doors to allow the breeze in. The kitchen was SO nicely appointed!! Great cookware, nice stemware & even insulated drink cups for the beach. ”The location of the house is absolutely perfect. Such an easy walk to the beach. Every spot of the house was super clean and comfortable. The check in process was super simple. There was a super cute restaurant directly across the street that we walked to. Hunt’s restaurant is also a great restaurant to go too. The weather was perfect for us. The host was extremely easy to get ahold of before we got there if we needed. We will for sure keep this house in our favorites for future trips....

”The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was very clean and nice and the neighbor who lives there permanently was super nice! We loved the king bedroom because it is so cold! We slept like babies! The front bedroom stays pretty warm, might want to bring a fan if you need it cold. ”This home and location was ideal for our family summer vacation. There were many bonuses this house had to offer to include use of paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles.
