”Was not quite what I expected. Located literally in a mountain pass with traffic driving past. The room doesnt have a fridge. It has a cooler but what good is that if you want to pack some items of your own to stay properly cold. You are given a kitchen sink in your room. A microwave would also be a good option. For what you pay to stay, it is not worth it. The restaurant has a limited menu. The location is remote and far from any shops. There is a Spar in Citrusdal, a 10 minute drive away....

”Gareth & Grant have a beautiful home & it was a pleasure to stay with them. Everything was top quality...our room, the pool, the outside space. Each day they deliver a fabulous 3 course breakfast, then afternoon tea & cake, & at 6pm canapés & drinks for all, which turns into a lovely social event, throughout with home baked & delicious treats. ”We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning .
