”We chose the Champagne Apartment and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, everything you could possibly need and well considered amenities. Lynn and Mick were very kind hosts inviting us for Happy Hour drinks after a well needed swim in the pool on a very hot day. It was a very short walk into town and very quiet, safe and restful.”

”Property was nice, clean and accessible. They asked us if OK not to service the room due to lack of resources, which was fine and accepted. We unfortunately lost the keys for one of the rooms, it must have fallen out of my pocket after parking and walking to a restaurant. The owner freaked out about that, we accepted responsibility and apologised. Varasimme myöhään joten asuimme huoneissa 1 ja 2, joiden patiolle aurinko ei paista ja yhteinen uima-allas ja auringonottopaikka olivat heti patiomme edessä. Varaa mieluummin laventelipelloille (ja etelään päin) olevia huoneita 6, 7 tai 8 joissa on myös enemmän omaa rauhaa. ”The property is simply stunning. It’s so charming and the staff are wonderful. It’s a 20 min walk from the Main Street in Franschoek or a few pounds in an Uber. Don’t use the recommended car service from the hotel as it was 3 x more expensive than an Uber. Out toom eas lovely with a small kitchen are and separate dressing room and bathroom with both a huge bath and a separate shower. The buffet breakfast was lovely and the views even better! ”

”Overall location is good from airport. Room service is terrible only took out the garbage when asked they only come for room inspection nothing else. Bed is very uncomfortable nothing like the pictures shown. Lady who was in charge is very rude and no manners. Avoid this hotel not worth it!!!”

”Room was ok, but for the price you’d expect soap in the bathroom, some sort of milk for coffee, and WiFi that might actually connect to the internet. Also had to get another guest to help check me out because the hostess had turned her phone off. Average at best. ”
