”Very pretty property in a very secluded beautiful wooded location. The owner is an extremely nice person that has gone through recent tragedy in life and all support is appreciated. The property has a hippy vibe. It is not far from the town of Port Douglas but will be a 15 minute drive. The owner has two Australian Cattle Dogs (Blue Heelers) that are extremely friendly, beautiful, and very intetilligent. They are quite fun to play with.”

”Our stay here was pleasant . Good pressure from the shower , the aircon was perfect as the temperatures often reached mid/high 20s outside . The owners were lovely people and very accommodating to our requests etc . Within 5 minutes walk to eateries and convenience stores . If you are wanting a ground floor unit then please directly call the Hotel in person as this is the best way to make sure your requests will be heard . Laundry is $3 au for a wash and $3 for a dry . Within 5 minutes walk...

”The owner was very kind and the place is good. Bit dusty but no problem for us. If the climate get higher to use air conditioners, the owner need to clean these. We never use these because looks very dusty. However, the owner prepared everything we needed. Especially he picked us up at airport by very reasonable price. If you don’t use rental cars you can take bus. The bus stop is very close to the place. The price is only 50cents! ”

”Property was very cosy and in a nice quiet area close by a bus stop but even just walking around was fine as well. Bronwyn and Howie were lovely hosts. I would stay again if I ever travel up to Cairns in the future.”

”We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips.
