”The overall hotel is modern and comfortable, location is convenient to down town without being too noisy. We had a disappointing start to our trip. The room we were given had stains on the carpet, a bathtub that was peeling and chipping, and a bathroom door that was so difficult to slide open my husband had to help me get in and out. ”The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay.”

”There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. ”Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night”
