”The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready.
At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped.
Breakfast wasn't elaborate but it was definitely enough to tie us over to lunch.
Room was clean.

”I wanted something different & not just white everything. This place has some real personality. I love the dark colored theme, especially blackout curtains that helped me sleep an extra hour or so. The bed was much more comfortable than most places I've stayed recently & while I didn't utilize them, they had a couch and a bench for seating, along with a desk and chair. ”There is an strong musty smell in the reception/breakfast area. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner. However, our room was really large, quiet and comfortable and the staff is really nice and friendly.”

”I was traveling with family and they had an excellent spaces for us to meet and gather, talk or games together. The desk clerk helped us get the baseball game on the TV, he was just so helpful and pleasant. On our next trip to Albany this is the place we will all choose to stay.”
