”Hôtel très confortable. Le personnel est très agréable. Une petite remarque serait peut-être le choix des oreillers un peu volumineux et qui ne conviennent pas forcément à tous en raison de leur épaisseur ( mais c'est un détail mineur!).”

”Chateau Tilques is located a few miles north of Saint-Omer in a small village. The Hotel comprises a Chateau style hotel and grounds, with an external annex of rooms of some size. I stayed in the annex which was comfortable and well decorated. Some minor issues were irritating. The key-light master switch by the door was hard to locate and too complex to insert the key card to turn on the electricity in the room. Trying to do a fiddly task in the dark is irritating. There was no proper light...

”Romanttinen, kauniisti restauroitu 1800-luvun linna. Jos haluat tuntea itsesi hemmotelluksi, valitse Calaisin lähellä oleva Cocove. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, hienot puitteet, helppo pysäköidä auto. Ravintola, jossa erinomainen illallinen sekä aamiainen. ”

”Een nette hygiënische kamer voorzien van koelkastje en magnetron. Gunstige prijs”

”Absolutely stunning! We loved staying here, it was the perfect place to relax after a busy city break. The property and grounds are beautiful, outside table and chairs to enjoy a picnic, perfect for a pet.”

”Supermooi en een hele mooie omgeving”

”The staff were friendly and the hotel in general was clean, but could have done with some general maintenance to the building. Breakfast was lovely and fresh both mornings we were there. The train station into Brussels city center was a 10 minute walk and there were local restaurants within walking distance.”

”Nice location in the heart of the beautiful town. During weekend free parking at the town square opposite of the hotel. Friendly service at the reception even my French skills was pretty much zero.”

”Hotelli ihanalla paikalla”

”Korkeat tyynyt ja yhteinen peitto sängyssä”

”Excellent, unique place. Very friendly, hospitable and accomodating host. Really nice continental breakfast of fresh produce. Overall experience was fantastic and the house is magnificent.”

”Rien à redire.”

”Idéalement placé sur la digue. Beach club sympa. Vue sur mer très chouette. Literie confortable. Chambre petite (du moins celle que nous avons eue) mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Je recommande le lieu dans lequel je reviendrai volontiers.”

”Het bed/matras kan beter.”

”Easy to find”

”This is a fantastic place to stay prior to an early morning channel crossing. The hotel really is lovely, as are the reception staff. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, and the hotel parking at the rear is very convenient. We chose not to eat/drink at the hotel and instead walked into the town. It's a fair walk to the centre, but it's worth it as there are plenty of lively bars and large selection of restaurants. We had a great final night before coming home to the UK.”

”Friendly staff, warm, clean, spacious room. Great restaurant. Good breakfast . Loved the fresh orange juice .”
