”Communication with Host and Owner was for top notch. Most concerns and/or problems were solved very quickly. Except for shower repair that required a vacant suite to fix by qualified repair person. When booked this VRBO for 3 weeks we were disappointed that our suite wouldn't be cleaned during our stay & our bed linens & towels not replaced once a week as we expected. But we were given access to W/D & given an extra set of bed linens. Which solved this issue. We were bothered by the street noise...

”Confusing to get in. No glass on the windows. Used soap in the shower. No expected ammenities like soap and coffee. Live Lizard running across the wall. Shower only had very hot water... could not control temp. Bedspread was very worn. Dangerous steep driveway with pothole. ”

”Our host was excellent and easy to get in touch with. He was also great at helping us decide what things to see and where to go. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. He provided off-street parking as well. The grounds around his house were fabulous and we loved sitting on the lanai and watching the Pacific Ocean. We also loved the hot-tub and the outdoor shower. ”
