This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. The unit was recently upgraded with a walk-in shower and high end furniture in the living room.



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.
