This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis (fee), BBQ grills, and the beach. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful options, and shops just outside the resort as well. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates.
