”Everyone enjoyed themselves. Did a bit of fishing, pool was nice, the house was great. Only one television though. I didn't mind because we were on vacation, but we did bring one. Would definitely stay there again. ”

”The front door code lock worked when it wanted too. Forcing us to lock the front door and use the back door and walk around. Except when that door stopped working. Bugs found in the master bath in 2 different areas that we had to spray and wipe up. Yes, I understand its Florida but still. However the bed sheets were clean, lots of pillow choices, and towels to use. Property could use a refresh, its been beaten up a bit through the rentals but a good deal on price for what you receive. ”It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! ”

There is a beautiful private beach included just a short walk away and all of the beach paraphernalia that you could need. There were a few idiosyncrasies to this house. The biggest is the bedroom situation. For the second bedroom you must go through the first bedroom or go outside. It is definitely inconvenient. Extending the lanai to the outside door would make this so much...
