”In the past two months I have stayed there twice. Although I had liked staying there before, these last 2 stays were different. The first time the toilet did not flush and I had to do it manually. The second time the pass key cards for the rooms did not function well. I had to get them to be reset so I could get in. So, it became inconvenient. I may not stay there again, unless I can't find another place. Please take care of your property so that you will get satisfied customers.”

”The hotel staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. The market came in handy when my bf got sick at night and they actually had DayQuil and NyQuil. Pool was great and the room was so clean and spacious. Will 100% stay there again!”

”The hotel itself is good. The staff was less than helpful. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no advance notice and we were not told about it when we checked in. Went out for a day of sightseeing and rushed back to spend some time in the pool. Our first notice was the sign on the pool. There was no other notification. We had very upset kids. The only reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. The same guy checked us out and said we should have been told. He was the one that didn’t...

”We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Rapid City for one week. Overall, the property was nice, and we appreciated the warm cookies offered in the evening as well as the lemon ice water available in the lobby. Unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. My husband, who has Alzheimer’s, stepped on something while barefoot in our room and cut his foot. We couldn’t find what caused the injury at the time, but after returning home, an ER doctor removed a small piece of glass from his foot. This...

”The room was clean but had to ask for a light bulb in the wall light. We had 6 in our room and only 1 towel. When I asked for more I had to wait until they washed more. The pool was empty The breakfast was nearly empty and this was at 8:00 am. Had to ask for an ice bucket. The parking lot had large pot holes. Very disappointed in Super 8, stayed in many before and never had this experience.”

”The bed was awful! The slightest movement caused it to squeak loudly. I thought about asking for another room, but my husband said the room above us had a squeaky mattress too, because he could hear it all night.”
