”Having spent several nights in Jonesboro motels I decided to drive a bit further and was positively surprised. This place is well taken care of, well equipped, rooms are nice and clean and the environment is quiet enough. Will be staying here in the future.”

”It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

”Our stay was amazing. However booking through Expedia was an issue. We were supposed to pay $125 and ended up paying $182 at property. I called Expedia for help but they assured me $50 was getting refunded because there was a $50 deposit. Well.. only got $25 refunded so room ended up being $155+”

”This property needs to be upgraded. From what I am told a lot of hunters frequent there. It is kind of run down. But still a nice place to stay”

”First room had no heat so they put us in different room couldn't get in with key card they said ya they have that problem and wanted us to leave our door open if we went anywhere and they had bed bugs”

”The room was very nice, clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was much better than most complimentary breakfasts. Wide variety of choices. Staff were friendly and courteous.”

”I have yet to speak to the owner due to the same woman being present since checking in. I booked and paid for my room when I arrived and gave her my information to pull up my reservation ,as I’ve done several times through out the years, I was told I just made a reservation which was false because I paid online including the protection fee. She then told me to pay / insert my card to pay AGAIN! SHE THEN TOLD ME IT DIDNT WORK, mind you the screen in front of me was blank so I couldn’t even verify...

”When I FIRST entered the establishment, I was greeted and helped by a young lady named Morgan. She was very kind and ourteous. When I was checking out or just before another different older female was there. It was about 10am I asked if I could get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Checkout is 1200pm so officil I was still a guest. This wench bluntly told me that No I couldnt as the cafè was closed at 930am . This seemed all to convenient to me so instead of causing a fuss I left but will not use...

”Booked a king smoking check in time was 2!she had not single room clean for me made till 3 pm to check in and they she put in double bed was missing pillows and smelled gross”

”Staff was friendly and that’s the only nice thing about this place. There was a huge yellow stain on the sheets on one bed.”

”The room smelled clean, and looked neat. The property could use some upgrades. The door had a wide crack around it and let the cold air in bad, a little weather stripping would be a big improvement. Air also came in around the window. Management needs to understand that is cold air comes in then the heat runs more, and the same in the summer with the air conditioning. ”
