”Came here for a little weekend getaway with my wife. Room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly when checking in. Locations is very close to everything you’d need. About 5-10 min from nice beaches and about 20-25 min from Downtown SD. Didn’t get to try out the breakfast provided or the pool area. Overall a great experience and would book again.”

”The hotel is beautiful, but it lacks some of the basic amenities that you would naturally expect from a place that charges you this much. For example, no coffee in the rooms (except packets of instant espresso they will deliver if you call), wash cloths, cleaning of your room during your stay unless specifically requested, water spills ALL over the floor from the shower due to the design, and the beds are truly terrible. ”Staff are very helpful and rooms are clean. Many shopping plazas near by, Mexican restaurant right next door and a McDonald’s across the street. Down side; pool was somewhat dirty and saw it get filtered on the third day as we were checking out. The “breakfast” consisted of coffee and pastries, oh yeah and a waffle maker. Typically when hotels say “breakfast included” it includes of cereal, juice, yogurt and beige”

”The rooms are located inside the faculty. You have to walk into the main lobby and down the hall to access the rooms and elevator. Made me feel safe traveling with young kids. I was able to sleep in peace feeling we were in a safe environment.”

”The hotel in general is so accommodating. We asked if we could check in early, provided that it is avaible, we were able to and that is a big help for us. The staff, Jessie and Luis and there's another female, I forgot to ask the name, are very welcoming! Although we are San Diegans, living about an hour away from the city, we found a place to stay whenever we need one. We'll come back whenever there's a need to stay overnight.
The laundry and fitness room are a big +.
