”The host was great. He provided great information on the area and places to see. My son speaks Spanish so that helped with the communications. The space heater was running when we got home from our daily excursions which made settling in more enjoyable. Watching the sun hit the clouds over the lake in the morning from bed was a highlight for my wife.”

”The lobby was lovely, breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and tons of fresh healthy food. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again! ”

”We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!”
