”Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!”

”The staffing was amazing, after 5 days and multiple others coming to the resort they still knew myself and my wife by our names. The event staffing were great along with the tour guides, they helped with so much in the planning and all the supplies needed for our snorkeling trips. The food and drinks were amazing and I would highly recommend the resort to anybody! We stayed in the beginning of June which is normally the rain season but we had amazing weather!”

”The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed.
It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi.

”If you’re looking for a jungle stay this is a beautiful property- just gorgeous! The staff is super nice & helpful. The ziplining was the highlight of our time there. We took a waterfall hike too where we saw a Jaguar & snake. Due to no fault of their own we got rained in for a day due to random flash flood. I would avoid staying in rainy season.
