”Breakfast was good and the lady tending it was very sweet. Front desk staff was very rude. Pretty bad first impression. Also — really looking forward to the hot tub and but again front desk staff had no idea what I was talking about despite it being listed as an amenity on the website. Kinda rots after a long hike on Hadrians wall. Carpeting throughout was old, outdated, and very grungie. Overall, very mid.”

”The property is located right next to the railway station. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. I booked a single, however an upgrade to a double on the first floor as the life was out of order. Two short flights of stairs I can manage that with my condition. However if your wheelchair bound it’s not for you or mobility is restricted till of course the lift is repaired. It dose state this when you book and the hotel will accommodate you if you can manage the stairs.
