”We frequently stay at B&Bs and this property outshone all the others. The bathrooms were all modern and very clean, comfy bed, great lighting in the rooms. The breakfast might have been the best part, however, and every day was delicious, filling, and pretty presentation. The inn provides lots of water and soft drink choices, as well as coffees and teas (all self-serve). Fresh-baked cookies every night, and self-serve wine, too! Dawn and Bruce are the consummate hosts and know more about...
”Carlisle House is beautiful and preserving of the past. Quaint, quiet, and polished. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would stay again! ”

”This is a beautiful property both outside and in. The proprietors were friendly and respectful. The pool and patio with the surrounding gardens are very peaceful and relaxing. The house is well insulated for noise. We didn’t know there were 6 other people staying there until we met them in the dinning room for a delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and, have already told our family and friends to stay there when traveling in the area. ”

”Very friendly staff, good location. I wish the elevator shaft worked as we were on the 3rd floor, however, the hotel did offer a different room, but I preferred to stay on the top floor so there is less noise.
They had very good eggs and grapefruit for breakfast, wish there was more of a variety of food like maybe croissants or muffins. Other than that, a very nice comfortable stay.”
