”We chose this hotel for the pictures listed on Expedia which shows a beach and people on stairs walking down to the beach. There is no beach close enough to walk, there is no pool and this hotel is on site of a gas station. You check in on the side of the gas station which is connected all together. Our room had a cup of water under the bed and there was a hair on our sheets which grossed me out. It made me assume the room had not been cleaned and our sheets were likely shaken and put back on....

”Verbal requests for handicap accommodation were ignored. I learned I had to book at time this request at time of making reservation . Unable to shower during vacation. Had called 2X to arrange prior to arrival. + Room had no view and far from dining.”
