Located about 10 minutes from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, 5 minutes from Point Lobos State Reserve and about 30 minutes from the coastal redwoods of Big Sur. Nature lovers will enjoy nearby hiking trails, sandy beaches bird watching and dramatic sunsets over the Pacific. A 15 minute drive brings you to attractions of the Monterey Peninsula including Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. When you come for local events like Car Week or the Carmel Bach Festival, you'll be close enough to the activities while being able to escape to your private Sanctuary at the end of each day.

Guests enter on the uppermost level.
The layout of this spacious 3,648 sf, 3-level home ensures that all guests will have plenty of their own space to relax in addition to gathering spaces when everyone wants to spend time together.
Wifi-enabled Smart TV in the living room - bring the logins for your subscription services for programming. Starlink provides reliable satellite internet service to the home.
The home has two gas fireplaces perfect for cool evenings.
A small office is located on main level near a full bathroom.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to create meals when they want to dine in; world-class restaurants are nearby when they want to take the night off.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All bedrooms have full ocean views.
Lowest level:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
A full hallway bathroom on this level has a shower-over-tub combination.
Middle level:
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed.
There are two full bathrooms on the middle level, each with a shower-over-tub combination.
Upper Level:
The upper level has a full bathroom with a standing shower located near the office.

A dedicated laundry room is located on the middle level of the home.

Parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
