”Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

”Clean room and breakfast was different than the standard breakfast.”

”We love the location and have stayed many times, however, we were a bit disappointed in our stay this time. It took 1/2 hour to check in; apparently due to a new program? The hallway to our room was about 60 degrees and breakfast coffee didn’t have any flavored creamer options.”

”Room was dirty. Some one else's eye lash cluster on the floor. Dirt and dead bugs laying round in corners. Coffee pot didnt have the tray to make coffee. Pillows awful. Breakfast staff id give 5 stars”

”Love the location; right off the highway and very easy to get to the ski resorts and other travel destinations. Beakfast is nice and the staff is helpful.”

”Clean property with very pleasant staff. Fitness room and bathroom clean too. Breakfast has above average oatmeal choices too. Second time staying here and will stay again next time in town.”

”Small Room”

”The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. For instance went to the front to get some towels for the pool and was told I had to wait so she could help her brother. We were...

”It like that it was close to my daughter’s house and some shopping areas. I felt like the cost was more than it needed to be.”

”The pool was under renovation..staff said they had informed Expedia several times.. most of our stay was to enjoy pool we ended up leaving a day early”

”Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked great.The room was clean. The remote control stopped working, they gave us batteries but they were dead or there was something wrong with the remote. So the next day the brought a new remote and programed it to the TV, it worked fine.”

”The bathroom light didn't turn on, and when I reported it, I was treated terribly, told it was a maintenance issue and I had to live with it. There were no towels in the room, and when I went to ask for them, they refused to give them to me. The laundry room wasn't working; the ice was closed. A terrible experience.”
