Everything is closed by as bars, clubs, restaurants. The property owners are super nice and welcoming! If you look at the sky and see stars, it’s probably not enough to review this hotel! Gorgeous! ”Amazing views and the terrace with the jacuzzi is absolutely worth it. Daily cleaning with fresh towels, coffee/tea refills, and everything left spotless. The bed was super big and very comfortable. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, both via WhatsApp and in person. The road is steep but manageable with an SUV (no 4x4 needed), and walking takes just 7–10 minutes. We loved that it’s away from the busy center—much more peaceful...

”It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms.
