Just a 3-minute walk from the Men Dû beach, this tastefully renovated house offers on the ground floor a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge. Enjoy direct access to the south-facing garden, enclosed by hedges, perfect for relaxing or dining thanks to outdoor furniture and a plancha grill. There is also a bathroom with shower and a toilet on this level. Upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom with bathtub and toilet, plus two bright bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds; one also has a 90 x 190 cm bed.



Ideally located in the heart of Carnac Plage, tennis, padel, and pétanque fans can reach courts via small paths. Carnac, a renowned seaside resort in Southern Brittany, is loved for its sandy beaches and famous stone alignments. Supermarket, shops, and restaurants are nearby. One parking space is assigned to the property.



A travel cot and high chair can be requested in advance.



Cleaning is the guests’ responsibility, or can be arranged as an option when booking and is available for an extra charge. The house will be checked after each stay and a cleaning fee will apply if it is not left clean.



For short stays in September, you can enjoy the property from 2 p.m. on arrival day until 7 p.m. on departure day (if not rented after you).
