”amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay”

”The room was clean, except for the sofa bed. When we tried to open it, it was full of crumbs in between the pads. As a point of engineering, the toilet bowl in the bathroom of the room we stayed in was mounted at an angle with the wall, not parallel with it, which we found odd. The staff was helpful, when you can find someone. The breakfast was terrible, eat somewhere else if you don't want to start your day badly.”

”Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

”Noisy Train ran directly behind property . It passed through area several times a day. Refrigerator didn’t work in my room . Staff assigned me to another room on day 2”

”The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”

”There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...
