The Space:

This 4 bedroom/2 bath cabin is the ideal mountain, lake and ski town retreat. The main level features an open layout, wonderful for entertaining the entire family. The updated kitchen has everything you need for creating culinary magic. Everyone will enjoy the tastefully decorated mountain decor throughout the home, the large front deck with upgraded furnishings and the huge flat screen TV in the living room. Relax on the living room couch and enjoy the woodburning stove! Located on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe, this cabin is centrally located between Tahoe City and Kings Beach for easy access to a vast array of year round activities.



All Agate Bay Properties vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Many homes are pet-friendly, unfortunately this specific property is not. Please inquire about pet friendly homes. In addition, guests do not have access to the garage at this property.



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
