”The hospitality of the staff especially Ginny the owner of this fine establishment was very helpful and were great to chat with regarding the region of the Adirondacks. Let me not forget to mention the rooms are cozy, impeccable and lovely decorated by Ginny who is true artist. I do plan on visiting this area of the Adirondacks again and the Balsams will be base camp when exploring this beautiful area. ”

”Keith was amazing and so easy to communicate with. The house was great, with more than enough room. The only issue for our family was the dog. South Shore Road is very busy in that area, and we could not let the dog out without its lead even for a second. Other than that, I would give my stay and the house a 5 star!”

”Perfect house for a long weekend exploring the Speculator area! Very clean and up to date but still feels like an escape. Walking distance from everything in town and countless hikes and things to see within a 10 minute drive.Very comfortable beds, super clean and functional kitchen with everything you could need. Shower, sauna, everything was top notch. If you've stayed at other places in the Adirondacks, you know some places can be a bit worn out but this is a really well kept property. Owners...
