**Private Heated Cocktail Pool**
Cool off after a beach day or skip the sand altogether and unwind in your own private cocktail pool. Safety features include a child gate, pool door alarms, ring buoy, and a first aid kit. (Please note: life jackets are not provided). The heated option allows for pool use March-November, depending on air temperatures. Heater may not perform well when outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F. This is not a hot tub — the heater simply keeps the water comfortable. The water is set to 84°F-88°F depending on the time of year. Pool is closed Dec-Feb.

**Golf Cart Included with Admin Fee**
Explore the island the local way—with a lifted 6-seater golf cart! Included with a one-time $140 admin fee covering your entire stay. This cart normally rents for $140 PER DAY on the island so this is a great bargain. The cart also comes with a CB parking permit—saving you both money and hassle. A signed contract/waiver is required. (Unavailable in Jan/Feb or when temps drop below 32°F.)

We’ve got your beach day covered! Provided: beach chairs, towels, a canopy tent, beach cart, bodyboards, paddleball, bocce ball, volleyball, football, soccer ball, frisbee, kids’ surf toy, and sand toys (buckets, shovels, sifters).

**Fully Stocked Kitchen**
You’ll find cookware, spices, a blender, Brita pitcher, dish soap, trash bags, and a Keurig with refillable pods. We also provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, a child booster seat, and a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. (Please bring your own coffee—either K-cups or grounds.)

**Sleeping Arrangements**
The property is setup for 6 adults or 8 total people (including kids) with a total of 6 beds. We have a King Bed in the main bedroom. The other bedrooms have a Queen Bed w/ single trundle, Full Bed, and Single over Single bunk (best for kids/teens).

**Age Restriction**
Must be at least 25 years old to book and the person who books the property must be staying at the property.

**Occupancy**
This home is ideal for families or responsible adult groups. Max occupancy is 6 adults or 8 total people including kids. No outside visitors without prior written approval. $150 charge for each unapproved guest.

**No Parties / Be Respectful**
We do not allow parties, loud music, or loud obnoxious behavior. Please be respectful of our full-time neighbors. Enjoy the amenities, just keep it considerate. Per the town noise ordinance, anything more than 65dB (normal talking) is a violation. $150 charge for any reasonable noise complaints or noise ordinance violations.

**Quiet Hours after 9pm**
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. When outdoors, anything more than light conversation is considered a violation. $150 charge for any reasonable noise complaints or noise ordinance violations.

**No Smoking or Vaping**
Smoking of any substance is not allowed on the property. Vaping is allowed outside only. Smoking indoors will result in a $5,000 remediation fee and immediate eviction without refund.

**No Pets**
We love animals but we do not allow pets. We have guests with allergies and our yard is not well suited for pets since there is no green space. Bringing unauthorized pets will result in $500 pet/cleaning fee. Falsely claiming a service animal is a misdemeanor in NC.

**Pool Safety**
A pool comes with inherent risks. As the person booking the property, you are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and for all persons using the pool during your stay. It is your responsibility to make sure the pool safety features are adequate, properly enabled and in working order. When you book this property, you are agreeing to follow all included pool rules and to use the pool and pool area at your own risk.

**Bikes, Scooters & Games**
Bikes and scooters are available for use, but we cannot guarantee their condition. Please inspect thoroughly before use. Likewise, some game equipment may need to be re-positioned and used carefully. Use all equipment at your own risk. We do have a few bike helmets but can't guarantee they will fit all guests in your party. As the person booking the property, you are responsible for all persons at the property during your stay.
