This is a basic NC beach condo: bedroom, small bathroom, bunk beds in the hallway, living room and kitchen, balcony to sit outside, beachy decor. The beach is a very short walk.Everything was reasonably clean. The housekeepers do not provide cleaning during the stay, but they were very friendly and stopped daily to ask if we needed anything (towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.).Bedroom – The mattress was comfortable for us (YMMV). However, the security light right outside the bedroom window is extraordinarily bright all night long; highly recommend the owner add a blackout curtain.Bathroom – The bathroom is small, but there is nice storage space in a closet with shelves, and the shower has good pressure.Kitchen – We cook a lot on vacation, and the kitchen was about what you would expect for a beach condo. There are a reasonable number of dishes (heavy duty and microwave safe), mugs, glasses, silverware. There are also a decent number of pots and pans and cooking utensils. The biggest issue is the lack of decent knives; bring your own if you can.Balcony – Our number one priority for a beach vacation is a balcony that faces the ocean—which this condo has. The balcony is very hot in the direct morning sun but comfortable after noon. The chairs are sturdy plastic and reasonably comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!
