Perhe Ocean-View Retreat 4BR / 3BA, kuten koti!

Hall Hacienda on vieraanvarainen hiljattain remontoitu 2-kerroksinen kaupunkiasunto, jonka pinta-ala on 1800 neliömetriä. Siellä on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3 täyttä kylpyammetta, joissa on avoin pohjaratkaisu. Nauti täysin varustetusta keittiöstä ruoanlaittoon vierailusi aikana!

Alakerrassa on suuri perhehuone, jossa on 60-tuumainen litteänäyttöinen LG LG-TV, suora TV-kaapeli ja langaton internetyhteys. Siellä on moderni keittiö ja ruokapöytä 6-8. on olemassa uusi Sanyo-pinoamispesuri / -kuivuri-yhdistelmä. Pääkerroksen takana on täysi kylpyamme ja makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode.

Yläkerrassa edessä on iso isäntä kaapeli ja king-vuode. Kävele ulos omalle kannelle ja keinu ja katso valtamerta, haista suolasuihketta ja katso, kuinka ihmiset ajavat kadulla. Master-kylpyammeessa on suihkukaappi ja erillinen kylpyamme. Tupla-altaat suurella tiskillä helpottavat valmistautumista rannalle tai illalla.

Yläkerrassa on 2 muuta makuuhuonetta. Yksi queen-vuode ja toinen twin and roll vyöryn alla. Heillä on kylpyhuone w / suihkulla.

Alemmalla tasolla on pysäköinti 4 autolle yhdellä rivillä. On ulkosuihku pestävä päivän jälkeen rannalla.

Pääsy rannalle on korttelin päässä. (Saatat löytää toisen 'yksityisen' hiukan lähempänä, jos tarkkailet naapureita.)

Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä on Carolina Beach Park Lake, jossa on melavenevuokraus, leikkipaikka ja yleensä joka viikonloppuisin ulkona lapsiystävällinen elokuva (Toy Story jne.). Se isännöi myös lauantaina viljelijöiden markkinoita.

The home is even more spacious than expected - I was pleasantly surprised at how much our group of five could spread out in the living area. A wonderful location, and a space filled with natural light, which we loved! The view from the primary suite is PEAK.

The house was exceptionally clean and hosts so easy to work with. Location is perfect across the street from the beach and in short walking distance to restaurants. Everything you could need is there. Great place to stay for our family for New Years!

Angie was very quick to answer any questions I had and quick to respond to minor maintenence issues (outside lights burned out).Since we stayed over Christmas, she even put up a small Christmas tree!The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large Christmas dinner.It was a very relaxing time for me and my family.

5 of us stayed here pretty comfortably and even had an extra room (two couples and a solo). I couldn't recommend this place enough. It was a wonderful place. Clean, comfy beds, great location, very courteous owner.Clean:I was very impressed by how clean it was. Wasn't grossed out by anything the entire stay. Even the hard to reach areas were clean. Very impressed with this.Comfy beds:I don't have sleep issues but we had a couple people that do and they had no problem with the beds. The main bedroom has a great view of the ocean.Great Location:I don't think we could've asked for a better location. Spectacular. 1 block away from a wonderful little ice cream shop that was great during the day or night. 2 blocks from the public beach and a tiki bar with food. 3 blocks away from a gas station if you need anything. The boardwalk and any shops/food were not terribly far to drive to. Perfect location. Perfect.The Owner:The owner communication through VRBO's message system and was very accommodating. We didn't have a need to message them during our stay but we asked a few questions prior to coming (also the day of arrival) and they responded pretty timely. Very friendly.The one thing I would say is the Internet is pretty shaky and not reliable. Bring your own Ethernet Cord to directly hook up the TV to the modem. Very minor issue IMO. Other than that I can't say enough about our experience here. We had an absolutely wonderful stay.

Initially Good. Overall - DIRTY. There was a small pile of dirt behind the entry door main floor; looked like it had been swept there to avoid picking it up. The fan, esp in the main floor smaller bdroom was atrocious. So much dirt and dust I couldn't stand it, fearful to turn on for dust flying. Kitchen and utensils were clean, abundant and easy to find. One electrical switch in the living room behind the plant knocked out haly the main floor when turned on. I had to find the elec box to reset the breaker. This is a BAD ONE: the furnace filter on the main floor could have been used to grow crops it was so filthy. Looked like it hadn't been changed in 10 YEARS! My grnddaughtr found filters in the 2nd floor bath and I changed it - DISGUSTING! Don't these ppl ever look? I didn't change the one on the 2nd floor but plse check I didn't have time or the stomach for it.If yer gonna put yer name ,VRBO, on these places it may be worthwhile to check them out b4 U rent them out.

Barbara could not have been nicer or more helpful AND always answered whenever I called or texted. The location though very convenient for the beach was sooooo busy. Even though the children were kinda older I would not let them cross without an aldult. The suggestions that Barbara gave us was most helpful it was still difficult and getting from the parking area onto the highway in either direction, it was nearly impossible.

The house was clean and the owner was easy to reach and communicate with. The outdoor shower in the back was very convenient for coming and going to the ocean. It was in a perfect location for Carolina Beach. It was a super short walk to the nearest beach access. The restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk were within walking distance as well. The area was calm, quiet, and felt safe.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice. Just three things need a little improvement. The kitchen cabinets were a mess. Very disorganized. Basically, things just thrown in every which way. It made it very difficult to find what you needed. New flatware is needed, only 3 knives. There was no water pressure at the kitchen sink, but the rest of the house was fine. Difficult to wash dishes. The carpet stair treads on the lower stairs slip around and are dangerous, so we used the outside stairs exclusively. Nothing we could not make work. The house was very nice, location was great and we had a wonderful time.

Carolina beach vaca

The house was very nice. The personal touches and ability to meet the property manager are a great bonus. The location was very close to the beach and a nice little ice cream shop. Honestly we even could walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants and mini marts. The location is very good. A lot of traffic in the afternoons and evenings going by either walking or golf carts, but it was not an inconvenience. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate items. One suggestion would be a keyless pin pad entry. That would have made it easier for when we walked back and forth from the beach or other memebers of our group did.

This is a great house. It is a short walk to the beach. The A/C works GREAT! Washer/dryer in hallway. Toys, chairs and bikes in storage room. We parked 2 regular sized pick up trucks, an SUV and a golf cart in the driveway. We also parked to smaller cars in the shell area beside the driveway. There were numerous dirty dishes in the kitchen, oven light and refrigerator lights did not work. Overall a great place for up to 8 people to stay!

Wonderful Vacation

The location was so convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and convenience stores. It was an easy walk to the beach. The house was comfortable and well maintained and appointed with everything you need to have a great time. Many thanks to Barbara for all her help. I have never had such a helpful property manager before.

Good location for beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Bike lane essential starts at house running down to Ft Fisher, so great place to start a bike ride.
