Who doesn't love a wrap-around rocking chair porch? This is a pet friendly home known as "Nest Egg", and you'll want to invest your time enjoying the close by beach access and rustic charm from a bygone era. There are two bedrooms located on the main level (both have a Queen bed) and two more upstairs (one with a Queen and the other with 3 Twin beds). For extra guests or kids you can also use the Queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the main level Queen bedroom.

There are two full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to complete this home, along with a separate dining room that seats 4 - perfect for a late night game of Spades! The kitchen table also seats 4 and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter.

You can't beat Carolina beach for family fun and your family will want to come back often and stay at the "Nest Egg"!

***Note that owner reserves the right to occupy the lower level of the structure with at least a 24 hour notice, but this is a very rare occurrence strictly for maintenance or emergencies.***

Occupancy 11: Sun/Sun rental in Summer. Min two night stay other seasons. Pets welcome with fee.

Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
