Land’s End Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a large deck with ocean views and new deck furniture. Head inside and you’ll find comfortable furnishings and tasteful décor throughout. The bright and open floorplan includes the spacious living area with a large, comfortable couch and ocean views, the fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home, plus the dining area including the dining room table with seating for 6, the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy meals together with family and friends after a fun filled day on the beach.

The Master Suite offers ocean views and includes a king bed, private bathroom, and smart TV. The second bedroom includes a California King size bed, and the third bedroom includes a King bed with smart TV, access to the hallway bathroom, and direct access outside to the porch.

Walk to the beach, Pier, and Tiki Bar (only 180 ft. away) or ride bikes to the boardwalk for the seasonal firework shows where you can enjoy several local restaurants and shops. Looking for family friendly activities? Head down to the NC Aquarium or Fort Fisher. Carolina Beach offers something for all your friends and family to experience nearby.

Parking instructions:
Assigned parking in spots labeled A and B for upstairs. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

Beach Access Instructions:
To access the beach, you can either walk to the far side of the pier and access the beach through the parking lot. Or you can walk two blocks south to the corner of Sand Fiddler Lane where there is a public beach access.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds are made up with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets (25 pounds or less per pet) are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax per pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
