Tämän savuttoman loma-asunnon palveluihin kuuluu pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 5 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja vuodesohva. Asiakkaiden käytössä on keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, uuni, liesi ja mikroaaltouuni.

Wonderful View BUT

Overwhelming sulfur odor from hot water, told it was the water from town, next morning no one could shower, told to open hot water in faucets to drain hot water tank, Coffee maker unusable had mildew and sugar ants floating in the reservoir, later in afternoon kitchen had the ants on counter & backsplash, PM brought bottle of vinegar and wiped down, ants were a continual issue used vinegar daily. 3 beds had major issues, told was rented all summer and no one complained. Kitchen was limited with pots, pans Property Management had an answering service and did respond promptly my question is if the hot water/sulfur smell is a known issue why wasn’t the house checked before we checked in. Obviously it hadn’t been recently rented.

Family Spring Break

Despite the chilly temps, we had an amazing spring break! The layout of this house was perfect for our large group! The common are- spacious kitchen with plenty of seating was ideal! The bottom floor kitchenette and living room allowed the kids to have their own hang out area which worked really well for those less than perfect beach days! The house location to beach was also great for morning walks. And the views - spectacular for both sunrise and sunsets! We highly recommend this home and would definitely rent again for future trips to this area!

Great Location and Wonderful Views

We loved our vacation and will most likely try to stay here again. I loved walking up to the main floor and just taking in the view. It was lovely drinking a cup of coffee in the morning on the front deck and then eating dinner on the back deck. There was a constant ocean breeze, and I felt so relaxed looking over the water. We noticed that there was a bit of mold in the front load washer (the door was shut when we got there) and in the Keurig coffee machine (in the water reservoir). I have found that these types of washers and coffee machines typically aren't very well kept in VRBO homes and will often just try to clean them myself. So, I didn't think to ask to have them cleaned. Maybe next time we will ask. For this visit, we avoided using the front load washer (there is a smaller washer on the first floor) and did our best to clean up the coffee machine ourselves. Overall, these were very minor inconveniences compared to all the space, view, and location (which are all fabulous)!

Sunrise Sunset

Wonderful location with sunrise ocean views and sunset canal views everyday. Huge fully stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large family. Easy walk to the beach and close to activities in town. Definitely will book again.

Family Beach Trip with Friends

The house was perfect for our two families (10 total). It had all the amenities. The house is just a short walk to the beach. Loved the view from 3rd floor - you can see water from every window. Watching the sunsets on the front porch was great! Convenient to boardwalk area as well. Would recommend!

Beautiful week at the beach with family

We were an extended family of eight including two small children. The house is lovely with room for all to have their own space. Location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. We also enjoyed time on the balconies including the water views, sunrises, sunsets and a fireworks display!

Breathtaking views in a HGTV worthy beach house!

The house was almost brand new and absolutely gorgeous. It was almost perfect for our family reunion which included 6 adults and 6 children. The upper floor has a big, beautiful kitchen that has views of the ocean and the harbor. Two of the rooms are large and have king beds. One of the rooms has a queen bed and there were plenty of bathrooms throughout. The house is close to many amenities including restaurants, the boardwalk, shopping and grocery stores. Our only complaint was that the property is listed as having sleeping accommodations for 12 people. That is not correct. Only 6 adults can sleep comfortably. There is a giant room with a puny pull out couch on the ground floor. The mattress on this bed is unbearable, it feels like it is a bunch of Slinkies covered with a sheet and definitely not large enough for more than one small human. There is a children's room with a bunk bed and a trundle, again only three children can sleep comfortably in this room. So only 6 people and possibly 4 children can sleep in a bed in this giant house. ( 6 adults that share beds) There is much room for improvement in this regard. The ground floor room could easily have two queen beds in it , a rug, a chair...something to make it a comfortable place to relax. Overall it seemed there wasn't enough furniture in the house.

Fantastic House

Our family loved this house. It was perfect for the 10 of us and so close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the reverse floor plan. Would definitely stay here again.

New but not completed

The condition of the property was perfect because it was brand new. The kitchen was well furnished with plates, utensils, equipment, etc. However, there was a lack of places to sit. There were only eight outside chairs for five decks - four each on the top two. There were also no chairs in any of the bedrooms. We are sure this is due to the recent completion of the property and will be addressed.
