  • Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2-kylpy merenranta huoneisto allas sijaitsee keskellä Carolina Beach Oceanfront Sea Colony monimutkainen.

    Ensimmäinen huone on kadun puolella erillinen kylpyhuone. Valoisa ja iloinen keittiö on avoin Oceanfront olohuoneessa. Makuuhuoneessa on uusi king-vuode on myös merenranta vieressä kylpyamme. Suuri katettu kannella on ulkoterassi ja upeat näkymät Atlantin. Pulahtaa oceanfront uima-allas tai hyödyntää yhteisön grillaaminen alueella. Hissillä. Pysäköinti on saatavilla kaksi autoa vain. Our stay at the Sharpe condo at Sea Colony was wonderful. The condo was clean and well equipped. The living room, main bedroom, and large deck had perfect views of the ocean. The location was very quiet and yet had many restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The view and location are unbeatable. The place was as described. It has been awhile since it was upgraded. We tried to clean the rust off appliances not realizing it was rust. Both bathrooms were adequate but need an update. The main bathroom tub spout drips. The supplies and utensils were much better than expected. The signs on the building are not good. There needs to be something (map/directions) that this unit is up on the 3rd level. Multiple stairs or elevator. The description needs to note that there is not an assigned parking spot..We had a great time and the unit provided what wr needed.

Spent lots of time on the covered deck. For the most part everything seemed cleaned except there were several sightings of "water bugs" which completely freaked us out. We were told that they are "normal" for the area but that didn't bring much comfort. As far as dealing with Bryant Realty, they were very nice to work with, very friendly & helpful staff. The entire transaction was very easy to do online and they provided all the details & information that you need for the entire stay. Also, loved the keyless entry into the condo. Having to keep track of a pool key was a little annoying, though. $25 fee if lost! Pool area also very nice & clean.

My oldest son was unexpectedly able to get off work and join us. That gave us three cars and only two passes. His car was towed. No one could give us an alternative place to park. We reached out to the realty company, the town hall of Carolina Beach, asked the tow company for options, we even reached out to a local church. No one would help us. From this, I can only surmise that tourists are no longer welcome here. We have been coming to this beach foe years. Sadly, we will look for a place that is more welcoming.

Predatory towing put a dark shadow over our anniversary celebration.

TLDR: The unit I rented was ok, but they partner with a predatory towing company to extort vacationers for an extra $300. The representatives at Bryant (property owner) passed off my complaint as "oh everyone here does that". Just because everyone does something wrong doesn't make it right. And I saw at least one property does have a gated lot instead of requiring visitors to remember to place a half sheet of copier paper on their dash every time they park. The property could use a gate with a key card or short term code like we had on the door of the unit. Bryant could issue parking passes with low tack adhesive, or even give their customers a couple pieces of tape. There are many ways to protect vacationers...IF that was their priority. Instead the priority seems to be to squeeze the vacationers for every last dime before they realize the whole town is just another trashy tourist trap with with nothing to set it apart from any other trashy tourist trap from here to the tip of Texas. With that out of the way, now to discuss the unit. We stayed in Sea Colony unit 14 A. This building is elevated with resident parking on the lowest level, then 3 floors of condos above. This unit is on the middle floor. The good: The unit was clean and well maintained. The bed was ok, not great but not bad. The master bedroom and living room both have sliding doors that open onto the patio, which has 6 chairs and 2 tables, and a good view of the beach and ocean. We fell asleep every night and every afternoon nap to the sound of waves breaking. That was nice. The bad: Every horizontal surface in this place is covered in cheap "beach house" type decor. Before we could unpack we had to spend 10 minutes tossing all that junk in a closet so we'd actually have room for our things. The couch in the living room is quite possibly the least comfortable thing I've ever sat on, and I was raised roman catholic so I know uncomfortable seats. And of course, theres the whole stealing my car and extorting me to get it back thing. Prior to getting towed I may have considered staying here again if I were to return to the area. Even though there was nothing outstanding here, the devil you know is sometimes better than the one you don't. After getting towed, and hearing the dismissal of it from everyone I interacted with afterward, I won't return to the property or area in general, and I'll discourage anyone I can from considering this place as well.

It was cold and I had to dry my hair with a towel.The front door has no second lock. The maintenance Man came right in. A short knock and in he was. He has a master code and can open all the doors in the complex.There should be another lock so no one with door code could surprise you when you sleep.( Too much happens these days)My husband and I own a vacation rental here in Fayetteville and those doors are secured with double locks, a second security door, and an intrusion alarm. And it is located in a prime location. You have to be out at 10:00 A and can't get in earlier than 4:00P. We had to come all the way back and pick up the parking pass even though we were there at the real estate office at 3:00P.( we would not have entered the condo earlier even though we had the door code.)Had the door code but they did not give us the parking pass so had to make extra trip to pick them up at the real estate office at 4:00P.

Great condo in ideal location

Great condo in an ideal location! Very clean, nicely decorated, well maintained, and well stocked kitchen. Even some family games in the closet. We felt like we were staying at someone's house and yet, felt at home. Excellent breakfast place across the street too. We would certainly stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My absolute favorite place to stay when visiting Carolina Beach. This is my 5th time renting this condo and I typically give a 5 star review because it is just that awesome, but there were too many water bug sightings this time around. Better exterminator definitely needed

A most comfortable, relaxing place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is exceptional in so many ways. It's nicely appointed, EXACTLY like the pictures, and the owners have done a great job of keeping it in good repair. The rooms are very comfortable, and the view simply magnificent! This unit is on the middle floor, with amazing oceanfront viewing and the benefit of overhead cover. We enjoyed watching pelicans, with breakfast on the deck in the morning, and cocktails on the deck in the evening. Just gorgeous! There was a problem with our access code on arrival, but Bryant Real Estate was quick to assist with only one phone call. This condo would have earned 5 stars across every category, except for a problem with the dishwasher. On arrival, we noticed the dishes and glassware looked spotty and dirty, even some remaining lipstick marks on the glasses. Unfortunately, they looked exactly the same after a trip through the dishwasher, and we learned that the dishwasher was leaking from the bottom of the door. We reported this to Bryant but didn't want our visit interrupted by service repairs. We ended up washing everything by hand which was challenging as there was no drainer or sink stopper. Given their attentiveness,I have no doubt Bryant has already addressed this problem, and the bottom line is WE WILL BE BACK! The unit is in a terrific location, on the "quiet" end of Carolina Beach, and except for washing dishes, we enjoyed every moment!
