”When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. ”

”The whole property was dirty, the room had a bad smell , carpet and fridge was dirty . My view was a dirty pollen pool .pool wasn’t working . They didn’t check my id or give me a parking pass . Everything was dusty n dirty the curtains and Carpet . Made me cringe end up leaving early ”

”The rooms was not senior citizen friendly, not seating(chairs), bathroom area not cleaned and floor dirty. ”

”Overall this was a decent place to stay. We were only in town for two nights. The room we had had a few issues link the sink drain in bathroom was broken so water would drain slowly the stopper had to be lifted manually to let water drain out. Some towels had black marks on them. The bed frame in bedroom was sticking out almost like frame was bigger than mattress and box spring scratch leg on it a few times could be a tripping hazard if people aren’t careful. ”Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

”The front desk staff was friendy. I had a miss understanding about parking. Had to pay parking and put a hold on my credit card for damages that i was unaware of. The kitchenette did not have a oven, there were two steps in the room, that i had difficulty with. Couldn't get the TV to work, called front desk they sent someone that fixed it. Negative things about the room that needs maintainence attention is, the dining room chair the rods are out of the legs, the table was so wobbly you couldn't...

”The room was very outdates and not properly cleaned. I found dust on the nightstands, floors not vacuumed and stains on the table. I was super disappointed in the room. On another note, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the security gate they had.”
