”Cabin is right on the lake. Very rustic. Host was a great communicator and answered when we reached out and did consistently check in. Understand this is a cabin in the woods, decor is not a concern to me but the place did not feel clean. The toilet backed up twice while we were there and the bathroom floor would get puddles from the toilet ( not overflow but it seemed the toilet was leaking from underneath). This was our cabin #1. I cannot speak for the other cabins.”

”View was incredible!!! But that was the best thing about the place.Pictures of the property made it look much nicer than it was. The bathroom looked unfinished- the floor was concrete. The shower water was not turned on it seemed like the cabin was not ready for occupants. We were given 4 towels for the 4 of us which was fine but we only received 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel to share for the entire stay. The bedding in one of the rooms smelled a little musty. ”Definitely it’s the epitome of your old rustic lakeside cabin!
I say that in a good way!
Couple of things,
The refrigerator door didn’t close all the way, we had to put a box in front of it to hold it closed.
Maybe making some of the windows open with screens.
Other than those, it was a beautiful, peaceful week!!”
