”This is not a hostel. It is a homeless shelter and should not be advertised on Expedia. There are no on site staff to sign you in. It is done via camera and tv. The place is not clean and there are no amenities. The pictures used show a social area with young backpackers but this is definitely how the building is now. ”

”The hotel is very stylish. The Art Deco theme is carried through the exterior, the lobby, the hallways, and the rooms. My room was attractive and comfortable. But it had no view and very little natural light -- admittedly, some rooms probably fare better on those scores. Minibar had interesting options. Drinking water was provided at start of stay but then not replenished. Overall, I liked, but did not love my stay. Still, a very solid choice. The hotel is in an excellent location, right...

”Stayed couple nights before a flight and if you do have a flight from Adelaide in early morning, this is the perfect place as it takes two minutes to walk from the hotel to the terminal. Staff is super friendly and helpful and you also have an option to check in / out yourself with the automated kiosk. For breakfast I suggest to eat at the airport as the selection is not too massive and many things are finished all the time and you need to ask yourself to refill them.”

The apartment was reasonably well equipped, but overall the condition of the property did not match the photos online and felt overpriced for what it offers. The building is clearly quite old, and several maintenance issues stood out.
