”Rooms are clean and modern, location is good. Service is non-existent. There is no one at the premises, if you were to lose your key no one answers the phone. Also no self check in option and the staff is not at all flexible. You have to arrive in the given time slot or they will charge you additional 75€. Parking is also quite expensive. In addition the hotel first charged me an additional 60€ without any explanation or receipt. We tried to contact them for days and they did not answer any...

”Nice property. Quiet location. Although we had to shuttle to Manarola to catch the train it was worth it if you want a view and get away from the hustle and bustle. Only one restaurant in the village but was really good. We ate dinner there all 3 nights of our stay. Property owner was great to deal with. Breakfast was basically bread and cereal. Would be nice to have some meat and cheese. ”

Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. Still, I highly recommend this B&B!”
