”My husband and I stayed overnight to accommodate a late flight in until check in the following day to our intended hotel in the downtown area. For an airport hotel it was just great. There was complimentary 24 /7 shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was spacious, bathroom clean and fully functional (loved the shower). The breakfast was a delight with the various options of food choices and beverages. The hotel staff were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend and...

”Beautiful hotel with huge, well appointed rooms, in a fantastic location and friendly staff.
My wife and daughter both have a scents allergy which we advised the hotel of in advance, but they were not able to accommodate by using unscented laundry detergent on the sheets and towels.
On the morning after our first night we asked at the front desk if they could re-wash the sheets and towels with unscented detergent, but this was not done. There was no further communication from the hotel...

”We had the first floor front room apartment with two separate bedrooms, the larger with a balcony. Each bedroom has a large comfy bed and its own tv. The apartment was very clean and open. The lighting is a bit bright with no dimmers and there are no floor lamps. The kitchen was well equipped and it would have been easy to cook in if we chose. The bathroom was roomy with a very nice walk in shower.
The location is in the heart of the Plateau giving you lots of places to eat and shop. You are...

”The staff with the exception of one were excellent. One evening, we called down to the desk to ask for help with the television as we could not increase the volume above ten. He told us that all the tv’s in the entire hotel were set at ten to ensure no disturbances. The next day, we asked the very pleasant male receptionist who had registered us…if that was true. ..as it did not make sense to us. He immediately showed us that it was a feature of the remote that you needed to slide the...

”It was a clean and beautiful stay, and on top of that I believe it’s a great price for its location where the street had so much lively cafes and shops! Communication with the place was easy, it was all through text but they always got back to you fast and clearly explained any misunderstandings I had. I would recommend this place and will return again !!”

”Hotelli oli loistava ja palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Ainoa negatiivinen kokemus jäi huoneen lämmöstä: ensimmäisenä yönä huoneessa oli todella kylmä, kun taas seuraavina öinä huoneessa oli jo liian lämmin. Yritin pattereita säädellä, muttei se toiminut (olisi pitänyt varmasti kysyä vastaanotosta apua). Tämä ei haitannut matkaani paljoa, vaan kaiken kaikkiaan minulle jäi loistava kokemus tästä hotellista!”
