”It's the perfect spot if you are arriving from the ferry and need a place to stay for the night. I arrived there at 11 p.m. Check-in was easy, and communication was great and helpful. It is not quiet, so it is probably not the best for a long stay, but it is definitely very convenient, and everything was efficient. Also, it is pet-friendly, and that was the positive part for us. We will return if we arrive late at night or leave with the early morning ferry. ”

”This hotel helped me turn what could’ve been a disaster of a vacation into a decent few days in Nanaimo and area. The Nanaimo Harbour is right across the street and Nanaimo Old City Quarter is a ten minute walk south. The building is older and there’s a busy highway on one side and I could tell when my neighbours were showering but the building was clean and the outside was tidy.
