Location A couple of streets back from the beach.
Bed Configuration: 4 bedrooms – 2 X Queen, 2 x Singles, 1 x Tri-Bunk.
Bathrooms: Ensuite to include shower, wc and vanity. Main bathroom to include bathtub with shower, vanity and wc.
Facilities: Kitchen, laundry, BBQ, Outdoor shower.
Features/Entertainment: Flat screen smart tv, Wifi, table tennis table, pool table, darts board, coffee machine - K-Fee pod machine
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in living area and ceiling fans.
Fenced: Enclosed front and backyard.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated in to the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Fleurieu Accommodation/Ray White Normanville office.
Pets: We welcome pet enquiries! Please send us an email with your pet's breed and age so we can submit an application on your behalf. Kindly note that a refundable pet bond may apply.
