”We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay.”

Towels and blankets were dirty, and the apartment looked very different from the photos. The toilet was also not working, and there were several other issues, which is why we didn’t want to stay.
